Dear linguists/liebe Stammgäste,

this e-mail acts as a correction and a reminder to the one last month 
(the correct date is now in the subject line also). For some of you, who 
have joined the list in the last days, it is perhaps the first time you 
hear of this event, so I have attached a short pitch

The interdisciplinary linguistics Stammtisch is a monthly event for 
connecting with students and fans of linguistics and related 
disciplines. It's open to everyone regardless of degree or programme and 
though we sometimes invite interesting people to share their research or 
carreer experiences, the main focus is really just to chat with 
like-minded people and have a nice evening. The next time will be 
October 14th 19:00 (as a rule, the second Wednesday of the month), at 
Café Mercur.

Deutsche Zusammenfassung:
Der Fächerübergreifende Linguistikstammtisch findet monatlich statt um 
Studierende, Interessenten und Forschende aus sprachbezogenen 
Disziplinen in entspanntem Austausch zusammenzubringen; das nächste Mal 
nämlich am Mittwoch 14.10 um 19:00, im Café Merkur.
