[pca] pca returns patchadd error - inactive BE

Lisa,
You might already know this, but never hurts to say it. While creating a BE,
you can always re-size your alt-be partition size.
This way,you will have more space than the actual OS.
Usually, when an alt-be takes up more space than the current-be, it means
that couple of mounted FS has been clubbed into it. At this point, you will
need to make explicit ignore to most non-os FS in your lucreate statement.
The above usually happens when you have multiple zones or shared storage/vcs
and vfstab is not clean.
