[pca] downloading a patch with dependencies

Martin assumed you knew what you wanted when you give the whole patch id including revision.  To do what you want, leave off the revision number which will cause pca to follow the dependencies, e.g. pca -I 123456.

These is one more issue involved: The patchdiag.xref only includes information about
the latest revision. If you specify a previous revision PCA can't know the dependencies
as they are not in the patchdiag.xref and hence cannot follow them.
