[pca] downloading a patch with dependencies

Ø  the latest revision. If you specify a previous revision PCA can't know the dependencies

Ø  as they are not in the patchdiag.xref and hence cannot follow them

To solve for this, you would need to cache the patchdiag,xref file daily and have pca not update the patchdiag.xref file but use what is already there.   I've been doing this caching at 1AM PST/PDT since early Nov 2008, so if you need a specific date let me know and I can send you a copy.   I may be missing a day or two here and there, but I have pretty much every one available at the time I collected them.
