[pca] Samba Patch wants to be installed even when no samba is installed at all

Hello,

is it worth to to create a SR in wonderful new MOS or should Martin create another exception in PCA for this small problem?

It seems that the samba patch 146363-01 for sparc wants to be installed even if no samba packages are on the system.
The reason seems to be the GNU and open source man pages (SUNWsfman).
