[pca] Samba Patch wants to be installed even when no samba is installed at all

Yes, you're right. It was a bad decision by Sun to put all those man pages into 
a single package instead of putting them into the same package as the binaries 
(or into separate packages like SUNWsmbam, etc.).

I've put a workaround into the current development release, so that 
146363/146364 shouldn't show up in the list of missing patches anymore if none 
of the SUNWsmb* packages are installed.
