[pca] support contract expired, need to renew/buy new, where?

I do, and my experience is similar. My contract expires by the end of 
May. So I asked for a quote two months ahead at the end of March, which 
I received two days later, with about the same price as before. My local 
Sun dealer told me that it's possible to prolong the old contract with 
the old conditions, but only for a maximum of 12 months. I placed the 
order, and heard nothing. A week ago I contacted them, and was told that 
they are still waiting for a reply from Sun/Oracle.

There's some time left until the contract runs out, but I wouldn't be 
surprised if I end up without patch access for some time once again ...
