Just an FYI follow up:

I contacted sales as suggested above, and was quoted a new support price (approx same as old support price), accepted the quote,
and was referred to order booking, who was to call me to get credit card info, etc.

At this point everyone involved was informed that the procedure has been changed, and we have to follow a new process for placing these orders.

Unfortunately, nobody seems to know what the new process is, and so I am currently unable to purchase a new support agreement.

Everyone I have encountered at Oracle is apologetic, and they are trying to help sort this out, which I appreciate. But it is quite frustrating that
I am unable to access patches, and am also unable to purchase/renew my support agreement.

Hope nobody else has a contract expire until this gets resolved….

Don
