[pca] Mixed results

I have been looking for those 2 patch numbers but haven't found them in
my servers yet.
After checking a few more I'm getting hits of 2 successful here, 4 on
another, 2 more somewhere else etc... But the patch numbers are not the
same.
The logs are also stating that there was an attempt to install a patch
for software not installed on the box; However, I also see 401 errors
related to the failed patch.
So somewhat this is consistent with what normally happens with patching
for me except for the high count of successful downloads but failed
installs.
14, 15, 18 successful downloads but not installs.
I know the Govt hasn't paid it's Oracle contract bill yet, Congress
milling about smartly but not paying bills. I'm wondering if that has an
effect on my ability to patch and the successful ones are the patches
you would have gotten from Sun for free?
Until that issue gets cleared up I'm stuck waiting.

Which 2?  Were they 119254-78 and 125555-08?  Because before I fixed my
MOS problem, I was successfully downloading those 2 patches also while
all of the other patches were failing download.

I suggest logging in to your MOS account and double-checking that there
is a valid SID [Support Identifier] associated with your account and
that you are an admin [non-admins can't download patches].

Hello everyone, I'm getting mixed results.
Yesterday I attempted to get E-Delivery and had to get cleared for
Export Validation.
That passed this morning and so I attempted to use PCA.
It began downloading patches with no errors and I got 2 of 14 patches
successfully downloaded and installed.
I began running it on all my servers and I'll compare what got installed
with what failed and check the logs to see why but I can see on two that
I'm getting a 401 error then a 403 error.
