[pca] Mixed results

Which 2?  Were they 119254-78 and 125555-08?  Because before I fixed my MOS problem, I was successfully downloading those 2 patches also while all of the other patches were failing download.

I suggest logging in to your MOS account and double-checking that there is a valid SID [Support Identifier] associated with your account and that you are an admin [non-admins can't download patches].

Hello everyone, I'm getting mixed results.
Yesterday I attempted to get E-Delivery and had to get cleared for Export
Validation.
That passed this morning and so I attempted to use PCA.
It began downloading patches with no errors and I got 2 of 14 patches
successfully downloaded and installed.
I began running it on all my servers and I'll compare what got installed
with what failed and check the logs to see why but I can see on two that I'm
getting a 401 error then a 403 error.
