[pca] Problem with too new patches?

Yes it takes some time until all patch download Server are in sync.
I can download it fine. But as mentioned allot on this list. The load
balancers take a long time to timeout. So you have to wait until you get
directed to another Server or the Server you are at right know gets the
patch.
