[pca] Problem with too new patches?

Okay.
I guess I then just fail to understand, why they publish information
about a patch (via patchdiag.xref or http://sunsolve.sun.com), if the
patch isn't yet available for all the users.
IMO this just leads to unneccessary user frustration...

Yeah. Another thing that sucks big time... :( But I suppose
we/me just don't know enough about the inner workings
to understand why that sunsolve thingie must be so complicated.
