Checking http://sunsolve.sun.com/search/document.do?assetkey=119252,
I see "*Date:*  Mar/10/2009".

I suppose PCA (or rather, Sunsolve) fails, because the patch is too
new?

Is that right?

Trying to download that file manually from the sunsolve.sun.com site
also fails for me.
