[pca] Changes on SunSolve cause problems with pca

You're right. I've read that part of your previous message only after 
sending that information, and I hadn't seen a binary with statically 
linked libssl before ..

Actually, I was talking to wget's maintainer Micah Cowan about that 
earlier, and currently this is the only hack to find out whether SSL 
support has been compiled in. pca uses this as well, it's just so crude 
I didn't want to mention it :)

Current development releases of wget (1.12-devel) show e.g.:

   Options: +digest +ipv6 +nls +ntlm +opie +md5/openssl -gnutls
            +openssl +gettext
