[pca] Changes on SunSolve cause problems with pca

I'd like to add that the ldd test for SSL support in wget will not work
in Solaris 9 if you are using the SUNWwget* packages, as SSL support is
statically linked into that version.  If the executable supports SSL
then you will see the SSL options when you run wget --help.  I do not
believe the earlier releases of wget from Sun without SSL support had
these options shown.
