[pca] Download patches for install at a later time?

Hello,
I have a window of downtime upcoming for server patching.
I would like to use pca to download the patches I need in advance to
cut down the time it actually takes to apply the patches.
I have many patches that I specifically need that pca shows dependencies for.
For example I ran the pca -l command at the bottom of this email and I
have some questions.

1) I see that I can use pca -d to download the patches. However how
can I install these patches at a later date?
More specifically what is the procedure I can use to install these
patches once I download them all in one command. Do I put them in a
single zip file
or specify the directory to the pca -i command? I know pca -i will
download and install them for me at that time but as I said, I want to
download them ahead of time and install them later.

2) I have local files associated with my EMC array, should I use the
-s or safe option when running the install command for these patches?

3) For the patches it shows as obsoleted, should I explicitly exclude
theses patches? Or will PCA ignore these when it installs them?
