[pca] Missing Studio patches not displayed, but can be applied

There's another weird thing I just noticed, not sure if it's related.
I had to install 127153-01 manually (unzip had a non-zero return because
the zip contains extra data).

127153 -- < 01 --- 393 Sun Studio 12_x86: Patch for IDE

The patchadd did work, but reported this:

Version of package SPROidext from directory SPROidext in patch 127153-01
differs from the package installed on the system.
Version of package SPROmride from directory SPROmride in patch 127153-01
differs from the package installed on the system.

...

Patch packages installed:
  SPROatd

So I'm wondering if it tried to look at the SS11 instance.
