[pca] Missing Studio patches not displayed, but can be applied

I have a suspicion that pca might have problems with two versions of the 
same package installed. As the set of package names is not exactly the 
same for Studio 11 and Studio 12 this could result in only some of the 
patches not being shown. Can you please send me the resulting *.out from:

   uname -a > uname.out
   showrev -p > showrev.out
   pkginfo -x > pkginfo.out

so I can verify (and hopefully fix) that?
