The copy of 127153-01 I have on my pca proxy is fine:

   $ ls -l 127153-01.zip
   -rw-r--r--   1 webservd webservd 1357939 Aug  6  2007 127153-01.zip
   $ md5 127153-01.zip
   6c0464a55b942b0d388271d330beb7be

I'd draw the same conclusion from the information you provided. That's a 
serious issue, of course, as the patch has only been partly installed 
(only the changes to SPROatd), and patchadd didn't even tell you about 
it. Who would look at the logfile after a successful patch install?

If you are up-to-date on patch*/pkg* command patches, you probably 
should report this to Sun.
