[pca] Sun patchdiag.xref not updating

Right. This is the only official download link for the xref file. It's
what you are directed at when going to sunsolve.sun.com, "Patches and
Updates", "The patchdiag.xref file".

This is an unofficial link, and it's not guaranteed to work either, so I
won't switch to that link in pca (another issue is that I can't use an
https link, as the wget which comes with older versions of Solaris
doesn't support https links).
If the https link works out better for you, you can of course use that
and feed the xref file to pca. I guess we can only wait for sunsolve to
become stable again.
The good thing is that pca will not overwrite a more recent local copy
of the xref file with an older version. So on multiple runs of pca you
always should end up with the most current xref file, even if sunsolve
is flakey.
