I have seen sunsolve delivering an old file now and then in the past
days, but still could get the current file at least on the second try.
Right now, I get the correct file (Feb/27/08) with pca.
If you look at http://sunsolve.sun.com/, you'll see a notice that they
are announcing changes to SunSolve - in the past this always resulted in
temporary problems with downloading the xref file and patches in pca as
well.

There has been no official announcement, and from what I've heard from
other sources this may not be true.

If Sun doesn't update patchdiag.xref anymore, pca will be dead, plain
simple.
If you haven't done so yet, go to
http://blogs.sun.com/patch/entry/patch_automation_tools#comments
and leave a comment stating that you don't want pca to die. I've had
private conversation with Gerry Haskins, and he promised to do what he
can so that Sun won't break pca.
