[pca] Sun patchdiag.xref not updating

I think I found the problem. When I run PCA it tries to get the
patchdiag.xref file from
http://sunsolve.sun.com/pdownload.do?target=patchdiag.xref . You can see
this from the verbose running of the command:

It should be trying to grab the file from
https://sunsolve.sun.com/patchdiag.xref instead which shows the current
(Feb/26/08) listing of the file. Not sure what's going on with the automatic
download but I guess I'll download it manually for now.
