[pca] Sun patchdiag.xref not updating

Interesting. If I delete my /var/tmp/patchdiag.xref file and download a new
one it gets the file from Feb/07/08/. Here are the steps:

# cd /var/tmp
# mv patchdiag.xref patchdiag.xref.old
# pca -a -l missings
Downloading xref file to /var/tmp/patchdiag.xref

Please enter Sun Online Account User: (commented out)
Please enter Sun Online Account Password:

Trying http://sunsolve.sun.com/ with SOA data (1/1)
Using /var/tmp/patchdiag.xref from Feb/07/08
...
...

If I go to Sun's website (http://sunsolve.sun.com/show.do?target=patchpage)
and try to download it manually I get the patchdiag.xref file with the same
date. Anyone else having the same issue?
