[pca] new Solaris 10 "patching strategy" at oracle???

Hi Thomas,

I think that Jan has answered your question - sudo was indeed released 
as a pkg due to the fact that it was never previously shipped as part of 
a Solaris Update.

No changes to the patch strategy!
