Oracle Solaris yes, at least to me, but the technology lives on in
illumos based distributions... Many if not most of the key players that
made Solaris what it was are now innovating in illumos.

SchilliX still supports SVR4 packages. Dunno if anybody using that OS
availed of blastwave, but it could have served a purpose outside of
Oracle Solaris.
