[pca] run-time duration wraps around

You're right, that's a bug. Obviously I believed that no patch session would 
ever last longer than 24 hours - a mistake :)

It's fixed in the current development release (20120214-01), available on 
http://www.par.univie.ac.at/solaris/pca/installation.html
