[pca] run-time duration wraps around

[Brookins, Neil (Philadelphia)]

The run time duration display, which is shown as 02:46:42 in my screen shot below, is incorrect due to wrapping around.
The correct time should be 26:46:42. Which is 1 day plus 02:46:42.
The patch install on my T3-1 takes a long time because I have 17 full-root zones configured.
