Can you show us pca-proxy.conf? And please do as Glenn suggests, enable debug 
mode in pca-proxy.conf and show us the debug output from 
/var/tmp/pca-proxy-debug.txt on the proxy server.

As for the "http:/" type in your first mail - I'll add code to PCA to catch this 
kind of mistake.
