[pca] Packages are older after upgrading and patching

Hi all,

I've done a luupgrade, then patched a system up to the Nov 8th level (-i mrs)
After booting on the upgraded BE, trying to reattach a zone, I get the  
following error:

# zoneadm -z zone attach -U

zoneadm: zone 'zone': ERROR: attempt to downgrade package  
SUNWservicetagr 1.1.4,REV=2008.04.25.09.06 to version  
1.0,REV=2007.05.21.20.36

zoneadm: zone 'zone': ERROR: attempt to downgrade package  
SUNWservicetagu 1.1.4,REV=2008.04.25.09.06 to version

How is it possible that *after upgrading*, this packages went from  
v1.1.4 to 1.0?
Is that because of patch 138195-04, that was not present in the old  
BE, but has been installed in the new one?
