[pca] sysinfo problem

using wesunsolve.net:

Search for patches, enter the /usr/bin/prtconf file inside the file
based search, check out the patch 144500-19, on older revision of this
one, you can find:

6968281: prtconf needs to be Oracle branded

included by 144500-01.
