Weird. Actually I kept support for JAR in PCA only because some people might 
have old patch repositories on a pca proxy with JAR files. Oracle has deprecated 
patches in JAR format, IIRC.

Anyway, just let me know if the problem pops up again and you have more time to 
investigate.
