[pca] Patch 144500-19 and matlab on SPARC

Hi;

Can you describe the filesystems on this server?

SAN attached or local ?  Type of disk if local or DAS. 

I will send some more information on 144500-19 and 144501-19 a little 
later today when I have the materials in front of me.

The same problem was reported to me by Judy Gaukel in a private message; 
she 
also found 144500-19 to be the culprit. She also posted in the mathlab 
forum at:

Even if it's not connected to PCA: if somebody else can confirm the issue 
or 
provide a workaround/solution, feel free to post here.
