[pca] Solaris Update Patch Bundle updates /etc/release

Interesting, will look into that bundle and may be add the patch using a
wrapper, only if the requirement is satisfied.
What do you think? Should I add it via wrapper? Do not know if you want to
handle it via pca.
I am sure that bundle will change every 3 or 4 months depending on the patch
bundle release cycle.
I will test it out and share results.
