AFAIK, that's caused by the installation of 141876 itself. It comes with
a script (i.emlxsconf) which merges changes into the existing emlxs.conf
file instead of simply overwriting it - which basically is a good thing.
The problem is that it doesn't update the package database (the contents
file) with the new size and checksum. I think that all merge scripts
have this misbehaviour.
This causes pca's "--safe" option to show a warning at the installation
of the following patch revision.
