[pca] Where have all the patch related email reports gone?

Paul,
 
I agree the text reads more like the "watch" emails from various Sun and other sites but some of those do include the document content.
  
 
I complained again and received the following this morning:

We are having some technical difficulties with the SunSolve subscriptions.
Hopefully it will be resolved soon.  In the meantime please read the
document each monday.

Hmm, that worked, thanks.

But that says "Online Notification sends you email whenever a document you
have marked for notification has been changed or deleted.", which sounds
like an email saying to come look at the web page 8-/? That's not quite as
convenient as an email with the actual content.
