I second Bill's suggestion to re-check your settings under "Update
Account" on the SunSolve webpage. Also check which entitlements are
listed there.

I assume you are getting this for all patches you try? Be aware that you
might need extra entitlements for Firmware patches now.

You can always run pca with --debug to see whether it has the correct
settings. But it shouldn't make a difference which method you use to
supply SOA data.

Nothing has changed with the authentication handling in PCA in the last
versions, so that's not the issue. If everything worked a month ago and
now it doesn't, it really points at problems with the Sun Online Account
(even if interactive downloads of the cluster works).
