I would suggest that you verify, or reverify, that your Oracle sunsolve online account is "Registered for patch download automation". This is "Step 5." under "Update Account".

It has been probably been over a month since I last used PCA.  I saw the latest news and updated PCA.  We do have a contract, and my account seems to be in order.  I can manually download the recommended patch clusters.  But when downloading patches with PCA (using my credentials), I get this error:

Failed (Error 403: You are not entitled to retrieve this content.)

I normally have my credentials stored in pca.conf, but I also tried using the -user and -password option and interactive login.

Is this just me (my account or the way that I'm using the new version of PCA), or is something newly broken with Sunsolve?
