[pca] pca --update downgrades dev version

Thanks a lot for your explanation!

I suppose you don't want to make too many deviations between
the develop version and the stable version, do you? Am I right
in assuming, that this is (one of) the reason, why pcaurl is the
same in the script you ship as stable and develop?

I'm rather unsure if I'd want to ask/suggest that pcaurl should
differ in those 2 script versions of yours.
