You're right, I guess it makes sense to show the stats on any outcome. 
I've added that now in version 20100225-01.

For consistency with the final "Install Summary", I've also changed the 
"Done" message after a single patch install to "Successful" - I hope 
this won't break any scripts - if it's a problem for somebody, let me 
know before I make that official!

I wanted to write the same thing. Usually, when a patch fails I'm not 
only interested in the R/S flags, but mostly in which patch it was and 
what it's for. For that, I'd look at the synopsis line, which includes 
the R/S flags anyway.
