[pca] SunSolve forgot about contract

Dennis,

I have to disagree in part. If the vendor introduces a bug that has 
security implications, the vendor should fix it and make it available 
for free. Toyota isn't charging to fix their gas peddle problem, why 
should Oracle? Charge for recommended patches, ok, no problem. Its my 
choice if I want to install them.
