[pca] Obsolete Patches

Thanks Martin & Alexander answering my questions....

I will use the list that sun provides without worrying about much newer
patches then. It should not make any difference as long as I add the higher
number patch even if it is obsoleted. After I actually perform the LU, I can
add the latest recommended patches by using pca.....
