[pca] Obsolete Patches

Hi Deniz

The behaviour varies depending on whether you include the patch
revision number or not in your list. If you specify patch 123123 (for
example) then it will get the latest version of that patch plus all the
dependancies. If you specify 123123-12 then it will only get that
specific patch. The thought is that if you ask for a specific version
then you want exactly that version.
