patchdiag is a many year old perl script which generates a report against
the patchdiag.xref file. Beyond that, it doesn't do much else.  And as it
hasn't changed much in 7-8 years (It's been at V 1.0.4 for as long as I
can remember using it) maybe longer.  Is it supported by Sun? I guess.

However, patchdiag is a shadow of functionality compared to pca.
