[pca] failing patch downloads

Yes, that link has the current file. It's not the link used by pca, 
though, which looks at:

   http[s]://sunsolve.sun.com/patchdiag.xref

There is one big difference between these URLs - one works with HTTP and 
HTTPS, while the "pdownload.do" link redirects to getupdates2/akamai and 
only works with an HTTPS enabled version of wget.

Back in August when patch downloads were moved to Akamai I asked whether 
the xref file would stay on sunsolve.sun.com - which you confirmed.

So is it just a temporary problem that the version on the old link 
hasn't been updated, or will the current version of the xref file only 
be available via akamai from now on? This would force me to change to 
URL in pca, and all users who are using pca for analysis only (ie. no 
patch downloads) would suddenly have to make sure that they have an 
SSL-enabled version of wget to download the xref file via pca.
