Yes, it worked for a long time in the past. During the upgrade of Sun's
patch infrastructure there where some problems.
And a few weeks ago I recognized, that no support contract was assigned
with my SOA. After re enabling this, it worked again.
Some times, the patches where not picked up with the first or second
try, but running pca in a loop got all patches after some time.
For some days now I'm seeing the problem described, but as I said the
support contract is still alive and assigned in my profile.
