[pca] force install a older revision

I don't have a copy from that date, but I'm sure someone else on this 
list has, and can send you a copy by e-mail.

It would be great to have a webpage where it's possible to download 
outdated copies of the xref file by date, but no one but Sun would be 
allowed to offer such a service for legal reasons ..
