[pca] Unable to download patches - 403 error, solaris license agreement

Hello,

I am currently working on a Solaris 10 server, and noticed that no
patches were being installed (also nothing on a Solaris 9 server).

Running 'pca -V' I get a 403 Forbidden error. I tried using
'--ssprot=http' but that made no difference. I tried logging in directly
to Sunsolve, we have an account, and could access the patch but only
after accepting their 'SUN MICROSYSTEMS USER LICENSE AGREEMENT'.

Since the patch I was trying (142009-01) is a public patch, I used wget
directly on the sunsolve download location. That *seemed* to work. In
fact it downloaded an HTML file, which contained (just a part of it):

So, it is just downloading the Sun license agreement.

Anyone know how to get around this? I thought that the requirement for
acknowledging the agreement (last seen some time ago) was removed by Sun
for public patches.

PCA version is 20090408-01.
