[pca] Patch 138866-02 fails to install

Martin, Don, thanks for your replies.

So..., updatemanager/smpatch authenticates differently to SunOnline.  My
Online credentials no-longer give access to contract patches using wget
to sunsolve.sun.com that is needed by pca (Sun UK Ticket #70540476).

Therefore I'm now forced to use Sun Update Connection.  After many rounds
of updating and rebooting (on a freshly installed 10 10/08), mercifully it
does now boot cleanly -- thank you Sun -- though 3 patches didn't install:

Installing updatesInstalling update 124188-02 Failed
Installing update 121308-15 Failed
Installing update 119313-24 Failed

Not sure what 124188-02 as not authorised and the readme is not googleable.
The last two relate only to SMC, so I don't much care that they're broken.

Richard/Don: Happy for the ticket to be closed or at least dropped in
priority as the machine is now "up".  However Online's authentication
platform clearly isn't seeing the 3 contracts attached to my username.
