[pca] Patch 138866-02 fails to install

Hi,
I have the answer from SUN:-

CR# 6791010 - after putback of 6572727, patchadd now fails for certain classes of files ( etc/sharetab,etc/mnttab)

The bugfix of 6572727 was putback into patch 119254-60. I can see that from the previous run
of patches that you installed 119254-* was *not* included. However, on the patching run listed
below you applied 119254-61 which will contain this bugfix (which has introduced the bug you have hit).


119254-60/61 will shortly be marked as bad patches.
