[pca] Patch 138866-02 fails to install

Hi,

Maybe that's the problem? The patch should be safe to be applied in 
multi-user mode.

Interesting. Unfortunately I can't check on SunSolve right now, as it 
keeps telling me that my support contract IS NOT VALID ANYMORE!
